  The "Specials Management" admin module helps you create your Special Promotion. Only Privileged Winery Employees can access the admin module. The Bulk-Email module picks up all the information you have provided while creating the Special, creates the mail with the Winery Logo in the header and Winery specific information in the footer. On Click of "Send" button the Special promotional mail is sent to all the members in your database. This software helps you reach more people in the easiest way.
  
  
• Add Packages to the Promotion, add special promotion price, give a special discount to Wine Club members.
  A Package is a collection of Wines. You can add unrestricted number of Packages to a special. Select the wines for the packages from the Vinotrack database. Add the promotional price; give discount (either by Percentage or by Amount) on the Promotional Price for Wine club members.
