I. VinoTrack Platinum

 

VinoTrack web based solutions takes a winery's information-only web site and turns it into a functional business tool for managing internal winery operations, distributors and key customers.

The Platinum version is designed for wineries that have a large product offering and 60 to 500 national and international distributors. It is built on Microsoft's n-tier, DNA with a secured, scalable and robust SQL server database.

The Platinum version covers almost every sales and business aspect of the winery. It offers secured log in for distributors, Winery staff and sales associates. For the distributor it provides customized order management, depletion report processing, advertisement charge back and complete wine catalogue. For Wineries, it allows role based operations management and secured log in including Order processing, invoicing, logistics, inventory and reserve stock management, Accounting bridge, wine catalogue, marketing promotions, email communications, Sales team management and detailed management reports.

Vinotrack Platinum is deployed with forms / frames fully customized, a discounted hosting of the website and discounted Data base administration is also available.

 

II. VinoTrack Gold

 

The VinoTrack Gold version is designed for wineries serving 20 to 100 distributors, with a modest product portfolio of maximum 10 wine categories that offer no more than 100 different wines. It offers secured log in for distributors, Winery staff and sales associates.

There is a minor charge for advanced customization, such as reports and accounting bridge set up. A discounted hosting of the website and discounted Data base administration is also available.

 

III. VinoTrack Express

 

The VinoTrack Express version automates the wineries sales processes with a limited number of distributors and small selection of wines. It offers secured log in for distributors and winery staff. With limited customization, VinoTrack Express can be deployed quickly on the winery's website.

There is a minor charge for advanced customization, such as reports and accounting bridge set up. A discounted hosting of the website and discounted Data base administration is also available.

 

IV. VinoTrack Desktop

 

The VinoTrack Desktop resides on a terminal desktop within the winery.
VinoTrack Desktop was designed for wineries that are looking to increase internal efficiencies but are not ready to begin interacting with their distributors electronically.

The desktop version is designed to manage all the administrative functions, logistics, wine catalog, production, stock management and various management reports. It would also provide the QuickBooks accounting bridge. VinoTrack Desktop comes fully customized to operate the winery activities.

 

V. VinoTrack Client Server

 

VinoTrack Client Server is designed to operate on the wineries Local Area Network (LAN). It offers the same functionality as VinoTrack Desktop but is accessible to a maximum of five users via the local area network. It can be implemented under log in / password control.

It also provides the QuickBooks accounting bridge. VinoTrack Client Server comes fully customized to operate the winery activities.

 

VI. VinoTrack Consumer Direct Add On Application Suites

 

VinoTrack's Consumer Direct Add on Applications enhances the operational efficiency of the most popular activities in the winery. These modules are designed to be independent or can be deployed as integrated versions.


A. Customer Direct, e-commerce shopping module

 

VinoTrack's Customer Direct module is a fully customized e-commerce module. The module provides catalog, shopping cart, user registration, credit card payment process and the back end management of inventory, catalog, and shipping processes. The module has all of the rules to ensure that your winery abides to all the state regulations. There are several auto emails notifications and marketing promotions built into the program.

The integrated version deploys on top of Platinum, Gold or Express programs.

 

B. Wine Club

 

The VinoTrack Wine Club module automates much of the Wine Club operations. As a result the Club member's interaction with the winery becomes more natural and intuitive. Several automated activities relieve the administrative chores of operating the club. Many management reports show functioning of the club in real time.

C. Tasting Room

 

The tasting Room module offers computerized POS, sales tracking, tasting reports and guest database. By running the reports, management is provided the insight to help with key production, pricing, and distribution decisions.
